Our team makes every effort to ensure quality packaging in order to best protect your order.
All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be dispatched the following day. For all orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
We favor logistics partners equipped with an electric fleet.
Delivery costs are offered beyond xxx€ of purchase for all deliveries in metropolitan France.
Options and delivery times in Metropolitan France:
- Courier (Ile de France) – €7: delivered in the evening between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. if the order is placed before noon
- Chronopost – €9.90: 1-2 working days
- Colissimo – €6.90: 2-3 working days
- Point Relais – €4.90: 2-4 working days
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers; Mamène Paris cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
RETURNS
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your package. You can download your return label here and drop off your package (at the Post Office or at a relay point). Return costs are your responsibility.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and protected so that it is not damaged during transport. Any non-compliant or unsuitable for resale return (damaged, damaged, used or soiled) will be refused. If it is refused, it will be returned to you at our expense, without refund.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 5 days of receipt and control of your package at our warehouse.
