La cire est végétale – soja – et européenne.
Nos mèches sont en pur coton pour une qualité de brûlage optimale.
Nos parfums sont sans substances CMR ni substances controversées.
Nos bougies sont exemptes d'additifs de cire, de colorant, de plomb, de phtalates et d’OGM.

Parfum signature créé en collaboration avec le studio de création parisien Flair, et fabriqué en France à Grasse.
ANDY évoque l’euphorie et révèle un parfum vert à la personnalité complexe. Élégamment fleuri, il mêle les arômes généreux des feuilles de figuier chauffées par le soleil, à des notes aromatiques envoûtantes. ANDY diffuse un parfum d’une douce intensité qui nous invite à prendre le temps.
Famille olfactive VERTE.

NB - De légères évolutions olfactives et variations de couleurs de cires peuvent apparaître et évoluer avec le temps; elles sont liées à l’essence naturelle d’un parfum de qualité.
Ces évolutions n’altèrent en rien le rendu olfactif et sont la conséquence de la naturalité et de la haute qualité des matières premières utilisées.

DELIVERIES
Our handcrafted earthenware (ceramic) pieces are quality products. Ideal for our craft creations, earthenware is delicate, fragile and not very light.
For this, we had to carefully select our choice of carriers and define the amounts of the delivery costs taking this characteristic into account.
The majority of the logistical costs are borne by MAMÈNE Paris, a part however remains the responsibility of the customer.
Our team makes every effort to ensure quality packaging in order to best protect your order.
All orders placed Monday through Thursday:
- Before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day
- After 12 noon your order will be shipped the next day.
For all orders placed from Friday to Sunday evening or on public holidays, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
We favor logistics partners equipped with an electric fleet.
Delivery costs are offered beyond 300€ of purchase for all deliveries in metropolitan France.

• EXPRESS (Ile de France): Courier (Ile de France) –€11: delivered in the evening between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. if the order is placed before noon
• EXPRESS (France): Chronopost – €15: D+2/+3
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers; MAMÈNE Paris cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

RETURNS
You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your package. You can download your return label here and drop off your package (at the Post Office or at a relay point). Return costs are your responsibility.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and protected so that it is not damaged during transport. Any non-compliant or unsuitable for resale return (damaged, damaged, used or soiled) will be refused. If it is refused, it will be returned to you at our expense, without refund.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be made within 5 days of receipt and control of your package at our warehouse.
